Our regulatory practice includes federal regulatory compliance, specifically assisting corporate clients, international and domestic, obtain the necessary clearance to place a variety of foods, drugs, medical devices, and chemicals in the US stream of commerce.  Our regulatory compliance practice encompasses various regulatory agencies, such as United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), United States Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and covers a broad range of issues including ingredient and labeling review, responses to FDA issued Form 483, medical device pre-market clearance as well as 510(k).
